Terms, conditions and privacy policies

Guaranteed Reservations and Deposits: 

100% deposit is required at the time of confirmation for group bookings.

100% deposit is required at the time of confirmation for non-refundable bookings. 

100% deposit is required at the time of confirmation for individual bookings. 

Children Policy: 

Children 12 years or above will be considered as adults and will be charged US$ 30 net per child on BB or HB basis on arrival. 

Maximum number of children sharing the room with parents will depend on the room type.

All children's charges will be collected at the time of confirmation of the booking. 

Extra bed below 12 years will be charged US $ 10. 

Early Arrivals and Late Departures: 

Our check in time is 14:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am. If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags.
